| every time you turn on the computer keep your fingers crossed, sometimes it is connected and sometimes it is not... basically you have to unplug the adaptor and just keep plugging it back in till you can use it... SAVE YOUR MONEY, and stay with wires one of these years the technology may catch up to expectations...
why two stars? when it does work it is great, smooth and comfortable... sometimes the shift to capitol letters does not work the first time.

| Works as advertised. Easy to install and setup, I am very pleased with it's operation and plan to purchase another one soon for my wife's computer.
Before I decided to purchase this unit I had contacted the company with some questions. I couldn't believe I received multiple responses within hours of my inquiry. That is very rare and to me says something about the customer service of this company.
| | I talked to their CS 3 times explaining the problems with the keyboard/mouse and all 3 times they said no problem send it in. About a week later, I get a phone call saying they found problems (keyboard was dirty and mouse didn't work) and they cannot exchange. So, why waste my time and money? This company is not a BBB member so best to take your money and buy from someone else.
| | PROS: I bought this keyboard for two reasons - the small size and the plug 'n play ability. I was unaware that the key reaction was going to be as good as it is. I work with laptops on a daily basis and have grown to love the way the keys feel. The width is perfect for my home desk and it is very light.
The mouse is extremely responsive. I actually had to decrease the speed of the mouse. But it works just as well as the keyboard.
The plug 'n play feature works flawlessly. The driver that comes with the hardware allows you to modify the media key assignments. Overall, this keyboard is DEFINITELY a good buy.
CONS: This comes down to user preference, but the "0" on the number pad is half the normal length as to decrease the overall size of the keyboard. I have mistyped the "0" several times, but I am getting used to it. Again, amazing price for surprisingly amazing quality!!
| | Bought this a month ago.....today is the 2nd time it just stopped working. First time I cleaned the port it plugs in to and the plug.....it worked again. This time have cleaned the port, used 2 other alternative ports, changed the batteries in both devices twice each and the computer registers it but neither will work. Tried to go on their website to re-download drivers and they don't even have them for this model number. I got this one because it's wireless but wasn't over expensive, I would say spend the extra money and get one that works!
