| The wireless keyboard & mouse are great, they are slim and sleek, and I love that the keyboard includes hotbuttons that cover both Mac & PC functions, especially because I toggle between the two. It's also nice that I only need to use one USB port for both my mouse + keyboard.
Regarding the customer service though- I first received my keyboard a whole row of keys were not functioning. I emailed the Kensington customer service and received a reply that made it clear that the rep had not even read my message. Then I picked up the phone and called, and in moments the customer service rep was taking down my address to send me a brand new, upgraded version (it just includes the detachable numpad, which I didn't really need anyways but was a nice bonus.) Received my new keyboard in a couple of days. Awesome.

| This is a beautiful keyboard. After looking at piles of keyboards and buying and trying 3 others for my new computer set-up, this one's a keeper.
I prefer keyboards that are more like a laptop with short keystroke travel and very smooth, quiet functioning. I also like compact keyboards without a number pad or lots of extra keys and dials and whatnot. Just the keypad for me, please.
This keyboard is all that - plus it is just a beautiful piece of equipment. Solid and weighty while being extremely thin and trim. I wasn't expecting the weightyness part as most keyboards are now light as a feather, but now that I have it, I like it. Keeps the keyboard from moving and I think probably helps to keep it quiet.
One thing I would note is that the keyboard is compact, even more compact than my previous wired Kensington keyboard, and it might be a bit too tight for someone with quite large hands. I have pretty normal sized hands and it fits fine.
And also I am not using the mouse, so can't really comment on that at all. I am extremely happy with my Logitech MX 1100 (which took about 5 tries to get right) and won't be abandoning it anytime soon.
