| silicone usb keyboard-needs improvement |
| this flexible keyboard is very creative and ingenious but, as with many new innovative products, it should go back to the drawing board. it has one big problem: when you type, the keyboard fails to register many of the individual strokes you make. if you do not hit the very middle of each key with a decent amount of force, the command will not be processed. the result: the majority of the words you type are spelled incorrectly due to missing letters. basically, if you like typing faster than 20 wpm, expect to be using spellcheck A LOT! it is just annoying and frustrating to use. in addition, it also collects dust/dirt very quickly. despite this, it is very flexible and portable as advertised.
i needed a new keyboard so that i didn't have to squeeze my long fingers onto my 9 inch wide laptop keyboard. i found that i produce significantly more typing errors on the flexible keyboard anyways, only because the keys just dont work. so i'll probably end up buying a different usb keyboard or just stick with the standard one on my laptop.
this product may work for others but i would say its not a good buy. good thing its cheap or else this would be a rip off
