| I got this at work through OfficeMax. I will be returning it. When we opened the box we thought something must be missing, but no, it just doesn't have much. The one positive feature is there is a lip to catch the keyboard in case you like the forward tilt, which I do. It is very, very awkward and difficult to adjust the keyboard movement and tilt with the "easytouch" paddle. There is no opportunity to adjust a single degree, you have to jerk it and so you'll be lucky to adjust it 5 degrees. The track bar is also very wide and for women gets in the way and hits your knees. The gel pad is too high for a standard keyboard and too hard. So, I didn't stick it on. However, the edge is not finished, so I'm scratching my arms when I type. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied and would not recommend this tray. Good luck in your search and please wish me well in mine.
